Statements
Securing recorded statements from all parties involved in a timely manner makes all the difference. We put these type of assignments at the top of our list. Sometimes an AOE/COE is not necessary at the stage where your claim is currently at. Therefore, all that is needed at this moment is witness statements and perhaps a statement from your injured worker. These will be handled in the same manner as an AOE/COE, with the upmost professionalism as possible. We will coordinate with the parties involved and secure their statements anywhere they wish to meet. We will provide you with a detailed report and the audio file for your records.
